Kathmandu. NRN Infrastructure and Development Company Limited (NRN) is going to sell more than 16 lakh units of shares in various companies.
After the approval of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), NRN Infrastructure will sell its 1,577,016 units of shares in nine other companies. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Wednesday also decided to forward the process of selling the shares.
The company will sell 5,94,000 units of promoter shares of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life, 5,30,000 units of Kumari Bank, 2,25,000 units of National Fund Management and 1,07,484 units of National Microfinance.
Similarly, 78,209 units of promoter shares and 28,215 units of ordinary shares of Mero Microfinance, 74,106 units of Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta, 40,001 units of promoter shares of HIDCL and 1 unit of ordinary shares of National Life Insurance are also being issued.
