Kathmandu. Swalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha in the last fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Wednesday has decided to distribute 10 percent dividend to the shareholders from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year of Rs 1.65 billion. Out of this, 4.3635 per cent has a cash dividend of Rs 7,22,87,500 (including dividend tax) and 5.3665 per cent bonus shares worth Rs 9,33,75,000.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
