Kathmandu. Sarbottam Cement for the fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute dividend of Rs 995.1 million to the shareholders out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 4.97 billion. Out of this, 5 percent will be given bonus shares worth Rs 248.77 million and 15 percent cash dividend of Rs 74.63 crore.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and distributed to the shareholders.
