Kathmandu. Jasmine Paints has started the process of bringing an IPO. The company has filed an application with the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) seeking permission to launch an IPO.
If the Securities Board of India approves it, the company will float an IPO worth Rs 10 crore. The company will issue a total of 10 lakh units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100.
Sanima Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO of Jasmine Paints.
