Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the IPO of SY Panel Nepal.
The company had opened the IPO to the general public from November 19. Applications can be submitted for the IPO till today’s banking hours.
The company was allowed to issue 52,32,548 units of shares worth Rs 52,32,54,800 i.e. 40 percent of the issued capital of Rs 1,30,89,37,100. In the first phase, the company has set aside 2,61,629 units of ordinary shares for the locals of affected areas and 4,97,092 units for the Nepali workers abroad.
In the second phase, the company has set aside 1,49,127 units for its employees and 2,48,546 units for mutual funds.
Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 1000 units. The interested bidders can apply for the shares from all Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) board approved banks and financial institutions and their designated branches.
Prabhu Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO of SY Panel.
