Kathmandu. More than 238,000 units of shares of Barun Hydropower Company are up for auction.
A total of 238,443 units of right shares of the company will be put up for auction. The company has recently opened the sale of right shares worth Rs 535.815 million to its shareholders in the ratio of 1:1 of the current paid-up capital.
The company has issued a total of 5,358,150 units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100 each. The company has allotted 5,119,707 units of shares to 28,755 applicants.
The company will put the remaining shares up for auction.
