Kathmandu. International Hotel Network International Hospitality Group is also going to manage the five-star hotel in Urlabari owned by Energy Minister Deepak Khadka.
An agreement was reached in Kathmandu last week to manage the hotel built by Hotel Eastern Nepal Limited and operate it under the Holiday in Express and Suites brand.
Binita Thapa Khadka, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hotel Eastern Nepal and Sudip Jain, Managing Director of South West Asia Region on behalf of IHG signed the agreement on behalf of their respective sides.
Energy Minister Khadka has already brought a five-star hotel into operation in Budhanilkantha under the Holiday Inn brand. Energy Minister Khadka will have a second five-star hotel with Dhulabari.
Spread over an area of 5 bighas in Dhulabari of Jhapa, the hotel will have 99 rooms. There will also be an open restaurant, rooftop restaurant, assembly hall, gymnasium and adequate parking facilities throughout the day.
Located near kakarbhitta border point of Nepal and India, this hotel is located at a distance of 15 kilometers from Chandragadhi Airport Bhadrapur. Apart from this, Bagdogra Airport of BorderIng India is located at a distance of only 25 kilometers.
