Kathmandu. Sickles Hydropower has declared dividend.
The board of directors of the company has decided to pay the financial year 2080. 81 and 2081. It has decided to distribute a total dividend of 15.789 percent to the shareholders from the accumulated profit of Rs 82. Of this, 15 percent is a bonus share of Rs 127.5 million and a cash dividend of Rs 6,710,526.32 for tax purposes.
The Board of Directors has decided to issue 100 percent rights in the ratio of 1:1 of the paid-up capital to be maintained after the distribution of bonus shares. According to the company, the proposal to issue right shares to raise capital to invest in other hydropower projects will be presented at the upcoming Annual General Meeting after prior approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission.
