Kathmandu. National Life Insurance Company organized a four-day branch managers’ annual conference at Hotel Dushit Thani Himalayan Resort in Dhulikhel. The conference was organized under the chairmanship of Prema Rajya Laxmi Singh, Chairman of the company, with the objective of honoring and rewarding the branches that met the target set by doing excellent business in the fiscal year 2081/82 AND to discuss the current aspects related to the life insurance business and draw a clear roadmap for the coming year.
More than 150 people, including departmental heads and state chiefs, branch heads and marketing staff from across the country, participated in the conference. Former banker Anil Keshari Shah provided motivation training on leadership development to the employees participating in the conference, citing various examples aimed at enhancing their professional skills. He also urged the people to remain alert in this regard as the work of property purification is increasing on various pretexts.
Chief Executive Officer Suresh Prasad Khatri honoured and awarded the best branch offices in fy 2081/82, branch offices that met the annual target and the best branch offices in various categories in the conference, which included musical performances and entertaining programs like tug of war, futsal competition among the employees.
