Kathmandu. The fight between Us President Donald Trump’s administration and Harvard University has intensified. Refusing to bow down to the Trump administration, the prestigious Harvard University has filed a lawsuit in federal court opposing the withholding of billions of dollars of funding.
Harvard said it violated the organization’s constitutional rights to stop funding. Harvard filed the lawsuit on Monday (local time).
Earlier, more than $2.2 billion in funding was stopped after the Trump administration refused to ask Harvard to limit activism.
In a statement issued on its X handle, the university said stopping funding was illegal and beyond the jurisdiction of the government. – Agency
