Kathmandu. Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company has changed the share ownership of its promoter and general public.
The company’s board of directors has changed the share ownership of promoters and general public to 51 percent and 49 percent respectively. The company has made this change in accordance with the Directive on Promoter Share Transaction of the Insurer issued by the Nepal Insurance Authority, 2077.
Earlier, the promoter group owned 70 percent of the shares in the company and the general public owned 30 percent. To change the share ownership, the company has changed 19 percent of the promoter shares to the general public.
