Kathmandu. Samsung Nepal has launched the ‘Smart Upgrade Home, Lucky Surprise Festival’ offer on its TVs and home appliances on the occasion of Dashain and Tihar. Under the offer, customers will be able to participate in daily and weekly lucky draws while purchasing Samsung TVs and home appliances, and get additional cashback and guaranteed gifts. The campaign will run from September 20, 2026 to November 16, 2026.
During this campaign, customers who purchase any Samsung TV, refrigerator, washing machine or AC will be able to register their purchase and participate in the lucky draw as per the terms and conditions. In the lucky draw, 31 winners will be selected daily. The daily winner will get a chance to win one of Samsung’s 9kg front load washing machine or Samsung’s 55-inch UHD TV. Similarly, 8 weekly winners will get a chance to win Samsung AC.
To participate in the lucky draw, you will have to buy any Samsung TV, refrigerator, washing machine or AC during the campaign period. After this, you have to use the 14-digit serial number on the sticker pasted on the back of the luggage and write ‘Samsung Space 14 digit serial number’ and send an SMS to 37273. After sending the SMS, the customer will get an instant confirmation via SMS.
The winner of the lucky draw will be announced every Wednesday in the ‘Music of Your Choice’ program of Image Channel. The list of winners will also be posted on the Facebook page of Smart Plaza and Big Digital.
Along with the opportunity to win prizes through the lucky draw, customers will also get additional cashback and other gifts on selected Samsung TVs and home appliances. Up to 26% cashback on TVs along with free soundbar and free NetTV package for 12 months on selected models.
Similarly, up to 21 percent cashback and up to Rs 5,000 exchange bonus will be available on refrigerators. Washing machines will get up to 18 percent cashback and up to Rs 3,000 exchange bonus.
Similarly, through the Samsung Insta Finance service operated by Hulas Finserv Hire Purchase Limited, customers can buy devices in 12 months or 24 months EMI plans. Customers looking to upgrade to a new Samsung Home Appliances can exchange their old appliances through Arkostore or from authorized Samsung retail stores across Nepal.
