Kathmandu. The stock market fell sharply today. The NEPSE index decreased by 4.64 points to close at 2696.67.
Following the decline, 4 sub-groups of NEPSE sub-group increased while the remaining 9 sub-groups declined. On this day, the trading group increased the most by 0.75 percent, while the other groups saw a decline of 0.80 percent.
Today, the share prices of 98 companies have increased while 166 companies have fallen. Shares of 13 companies remained stable on the day.
The market was traded at Rs 4.42 billion today. The highest turnover was made by Central Finance.
