Kathmandu Neco Insurance Company Limited (KC) has put up 12 lakh units of shares for sale.
The shares of the company’s promoter group have been put up for sale. Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the purchase of these shares. The issue price has been fixed at Rs 100 per share.
The applicant has to apply for the shares within 35 days. The application can be submitted to the company’s central office at Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu.
If the company does not apply for the purchase of shares from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the issue will be opened for other individuals and organizations.
