A meeting of the Capital Board of Directors has decided to distribute cash dividend to the unit owners from the profits of NMB-50 and NMB Sulabh Investment Fund-2 for the current fiscal year. Accordingly, the meeting has decided to distribute 15 percent cash dividend to the unit owners.
Capital has decided to close the book on September 15 to distribute dividend for both the schemes. This means that only the unit owners who were retained before September 15 will get dividend s of both these schemes.
NMB Hybrid Fund L-1, operated by Capital, will not be given dividend for the fiscal year 2019/20.
