Kathmandu. Mukesh Kumar Kapoor has been appointed as the acting CEO of Himalayan Reinsurance Company Limited (HRE).
The board of directors of the company has appointed Kapoor as the acting CEO of Himalayan Rico. He is the deputy CEO of the company.
Himalayan Ricky CEO Upasana Poudel was automatically suspended after the Office of the Government Attorney filed a charge sheet in the court as per the Securities Act, 2063. Since then, the post of CEO of Himalayan Reema has been vacant.
The office has filed cases against 81 people associated with the insurance sector, including CEO Poudel.
