Kathmandu. Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for the fiscal year 2081. Dividend has been declared for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 10.5263 percent dividend to its shareholders from the accumulated and net profit of the current fiscal year of Rs 407.692 thousand 304.76. Out of this, 10 percent will have bonus shares worth Rs 407,69,230.48 and cash dividend of Rs 2,145,748.97 for tax purposes.
The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
