Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) and RBB Merchant Banking Limited (RBB Merchant Banking Limited) have entered into an agreement for listing of 12,50,00,000 units of mutual fund with serial number 1 to Rs 12,50,00,000 at the price of Rs 10 per unit.
The company had invited the general public to open sale of its mutual fund unit through RBB Merchant Banking Limited. A total of 12,50,00,000 units of mutual funds were distributed and listed today as per the Securities Listing Bylaws, 2074.
The mutual fund will start trading from December 21.
