Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has sought permission to issue units of the ‘Garima Subarna Yojana’.
Garima Capital, the project manager, has sought permission from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue units of the mutual fund.
Garima Capital Limited will issue units worth Rs 1 billion if the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) allows it. As per the agreement, the company will issue a total of 100 million units of face value of Rs 10 each.
The scheme will be operated under Garima Mutual Fund. It’s an open-ended plan.
