Urges government to provide necessary support and facilitation to automobiles sector

Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Nada Automobiles Association of Nepal has urged the government led by former Chief Justice Sushila Karki to provide necessary support and facilitation to bring the automobile sector back to normal.

NADA made this request in a press release today. “In the current difficult situation, we believe that every complex and difficult problem can be resolved through peaceful dialogue and consensus,” NADA has said, adding that it also requests the government to give top priority to the safety of the entire business community and to extend necessary support and facilitation to bring the automobile sector back to normalcy.

“The recent nationwide agitations and demonstrations have had a profound impact on the country. “NADA extends its deepest condolences to the entire family affected by this tragic incident and prays for eternal peace to the departed souls,” the statement said. We also pray for the speedy recovery of all the injured. ’

According to NADA, Nepal’s automobile sector is an important foundation of industry, trade, and employment in the country. “However, recent developments have had a direct impact on the sector,” the statement said, adding that concerns have also increased about the safety of employees, customers and the entire infrastructure. The current situation in the country has negatively impacted consumer confidence and added challenges to investment and employment in the long run. ’

NADA reiterates its continuous commitment to protect the interests of its member companies, consumer confidence, and the overall automobile industry in the country. We also believe that the country will move towards stability soon through united efforts, responsible leadership and positive dialogue. ’

“Nepal has got a woman prime minister for the first time in its history. We wish that this government will be successful in assessing the aspirations and sentiments of the general Nepali people in the context when the Council of Ministers will also be formed soon and this government has taken the responsibility of holding general elections within the next 6 months,” the statement reads.
