Kathmandu. Citizens Bank International Limited is the fund promoter and Citizens Capital Limited is the scheme manager under Citizen’s Mutual Fund. After obtaining the operating permission from the Securities Board of Nepal, the issue and sale of the units was opened in public from Ashadh 13 to Ashadh 27, but more applications were received than demanded through C-Ashwa member banks and financial institutions.
According to the details of the applicants received in the issue, the allotment schedule prepared by the meeting of the allotment committee was submitted to the Securities Board of Nepal, but no kaifiyat and instructions were received from the Securities Board, so the schedule was finalized and according to the Securities Board’s Securities Issue and Allotment Directive, 2074, the representatives of the scheme manager at the office of the scheme manager Citizen Capital Limited, Dillibazar, Kathmandu. The allocation was completed in the presence of representatives of fund promoters, CDS and Clearing representatives and some investors.
