Kathmandu. Tesla, the us electric car maker leading the world’s richest person, has been in the news lately.
A few days ago, the company launched its much-awaited Robotaxi in Texas. Now the company claims to have started delivering the first autonomous car to customers’ homes without a driver using robotaxi technology.
Tesla’s official ‘X’ handle shared a video of the delivery of robotaxi without a driver to the customer’s house. It shows how driverless cars are delivered.
According to the company, the Model Y electric car delivery from its Gigafactory in Austin has been done at a customer’s home in Texas. The company claims that it took only 30 minutes to complete the delivery process. In the process, the car reached the customer’s house without a driver.
The robotaxi service was launched last week. Which is an autonomous car riding service. There is no need for a driver to drive the car.
Now Tesla is taking technology to the next level. That is, there is no need for a person to deliver a car.
However, the robotic service that ran without a driver with the launch came under scrutiny from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. In which this robot was found to be violating traffic rules on the first day itself.
Questions are being raised about Tesla’s new technology. However, the company has successfully completed the delivery of its car without a driver.
