Kathmandu. The units of Global IME Samunnat Yojana-2, which operate under the Global IME Mutual Fund, are going to open for sale from July 15.
Out of the total 120 million units per unit, the minimum of 60 million units to be sold or at least 15 percent units of the total sold units has been allocated to 1.8 million units of plan management Global IME Capital at 1.5 percent and 16.2 million units of seed capital for fund promoter Global IME Bank. The general public will be able to apply for the remaining 102 million units.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 12 million units in this scheme. Investors can apply from the banks and financial institutions participating in the C-ASBA service approved by the Securities Board and their designated branches as well as my share of CDSC.
The issue of the closed scheme will be held on July 15. If the application is not received as per the demand within this period, then the sale will be open till July 30.
