Kathmandu. Emil Pradhan has been appointed as the director of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited. A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on May 29 decided to appoint Emil Pradhan as the director till the next general meeting.
Anita Rayamajhi Tandon had resigned from the post citing personal reasons. His resignation was accepted by a meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 14.
