Kathmandu. The lock-up period of around 2 crore units of shares of Super Madi Hydropower is about to end.
According to the notice issued by the company, the lock-in period for 1,98,89,100 units of shares will end from February 7. Currently, the promoter group has 1,87,42,500 units shares, 44,100 units secured for the employees and 1,102,500 units for the locals of the project-affected areas.
As per the provision, the shares of promoter group, local and employees of a company should be kept in locks for 3 years from the date of IPO allotment.
