Kathmandu. Protective Micro Insurance is going to hold its second Annual General Meeting (AGM) tomorrow. The meeting will be held at the company’s head office in Dhangadhi, Kailali at 1 pm. A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on May 19 decided the date of the meeting.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, the Meeting will discuss and pass the annual report of the financial year 2080/81 to be presented by the Chairman, the financial statement of the financial year 2080/81 along with the auditor’s report, the profit and loss account of the same period, the cash flow statement and the schedule thereof. ।
