Kathmandu. Nepal Micro Insurance has convened its second annual general meeting today.
A meeting of the board of directors of the company has decided to hold the agm on May 15. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at Bharatpur Garden Resort in Bharatpur, Chitwan.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, the meeting will present the last fiscal year 2080. It will approve the annual report of 81. The assembly will approve the financial statements of the last fiscal year, profit and loss account and cash flow statement and related schedule.
Assembly for the current fiscal year 2081. It will pass a resolution regarding the appointment of auditor and determination of his remuneration for 82. The assembly will elect two directors representing the general shareholders.
The meeting will approve the meeting allowance, daily travel allowance and other services of the directors and approve the expenses incurred by the company under its social responsibility.
The company has decided to close the book on May 15 for the general purpose. This means that only the shareholders who have been in office till May 15 will be eligible to participate in the company’s general meeting.
