Micro non-life insurer brings in business of more than Rs 73.5 crore in seven months, by whom?

Kathmandu. Micro non-life insurance companies in the current fiscal year 2082. As of January 1983, they have managed to bring in more than Rs 73.5 crore.

According to the statistics of the first seven months of the current fiscal year made public by the Nepal Insurance Authority, four micro life insurance companies have brought in a business of Rs 736.2 million. During this period, the insurers have issued 2,72,752 policies.

According to the data, Protective Micro Insurance has been the biggest business-insurer. The company has issued 78,193 policies and collected Rs 20.12 crore in total insurance premium.

Nepal Micro Insurance is in the second position. The company sold 69,549 policies and earned Rs 19.28 crore in total premiums.

Similarly, Trust Micro Insurance has earned Rs 17.93 crore by selling 53,817 insurance policies and Star Micro Insurance has earned Rs 16.28 crore by selling 71,193 insurance policies.
