Kathmandu. Life Insurance Corporation of Nepal (LIC Nepal) has contributed more than Rs 1 crore to the Physical Infrastructure Reconstruction Fund set up by the government.
LIC Nepal has contributed Rs 10.1 million to the fund. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, Pranay Kumar, handed over the voucher equivalent to the amount to Finance Minister Rameshwor Prasad Khanal at the Ministry of Finance today.
Finance Minister Khanal thanked LIC Nepal for contributing to the fund. According to the Ministry of Finance, Rs 9.30 crore has been deposited in the fund so far.
