Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has opened its branch office in Lahan Municipality Ward No. Fiber syrup has been distributed to the poor, Dalit and extremely poor people living in Ward No. 5 during the winter season.
Shyam Chawai, head of Madhesh Province of the bank, said that the bank has been operating in Lahan Municipality Ward No. Fiber syrup was distributed to the local residents of Ward No. 5. Mr. Chawai, Madhesh Province Chief of the Bank, expressed his confidence that the program organized as part of the bank’s social responsibility would be of great help to the locals. Locals have expressed happiness over the distribution of fiber syrup in the winter season and thanked the bank for this humanitarian initiative.
During the distribution program, the bank’s staff, Lahan Municipality Ward No. Ward chairpersons of Ward No. 05, President of Chamber of Commerce and Industry and locals were present on the occasion.
In addition, the bank will continue such programs in the coming days with the coordination and cooperation of the stakeholders.
