Kathmandu. Liberty Micro Life Insurance has called for a special general meeting.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to hold the special general meeting on September 1. The meeting will begin at 1:00 pm at the company’s headquarters in New Road, Pokhara.
The meeting shall pass a resolution to form (elect) a board of directors. The meeting shall also approve the appointment of an independent director.
The meeting will also approve various other proposals.
