Micro non-life insurer brings in business of over Rs 49.5 crore in five months, how much to whom?

Kathmandu. Current fiscal year 2082. In the first five months of ’83, the micro-life insurer has brought in more than Rs 49.5 crore.

According to the data made public by the Nepal Insurance Authority, four micro life insurance companies have collected a total of Rs 496 million in insurance premiums till the end of the current fiscal year. In the last five months, they have issued 1,79,511 insurance policies.

Protective Micro Insurance is one of the top companies that brought in the highest business till November. The company has sold 51,219 policies and earned Rs 13.21 crore in total premiums.

Nepal Micro Insurance is in the second position. The company has sold 45,062 policies and earned a total premium of Rs 13.03 crore.

Similarly, Trust Micro Insurance has earned Rs 12.6 crore in insurance policy by selling 36,513 policies and Star Micro Insurance has earned Rs 10.74 crore by selling 46,717 policies.
