Kathmandu. National Life Insurance Company (NLIC) has organized a felicitation ceremony at Hotel Lumbini Heritage, Lumbini under the chairmanship of the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
Fiscal Year 2081. The company felicitated 340 agents who qualified from Lumbini Province by collecting the premium fixed in 82 Province and the Heads of Departments, Province Chiefs and Branch Heads of Branch Offices under Lumbini Province felicitated the successful agents who became members of the CEO Club.
Chief Executive Officer Suresh Prasad Khatri inaugurated the program by lighting the Panas Island. On the occasion, the agents who were successful in becoming members of CEO Club from Lumbini Province were distributed and honored with the membership of CEO Club, and special honors and awards were given to the agents who were first, second and third in their code and network from the same province.
On the occasion, Chief Executive Officer Khatri also felicitated National Ratna and National Star winning agents with silver medals, certificates and shawls embedded with the National Life logo.
On the occasion, CEO Khatri said that the agency has been felicitated at the province level to the agents deserving under CEO Club and National Award and so far the agents of Gandaki State, Karnali Province and Sudurpaschim Province have been honored. He said that preparations have been made for the CEO Club felicitation program in the remaining provinces as well and the program will be completed soon in those provinces as well.
Khatri said that the selection of more than 1,600 agents from all over Nepal in the CEO Club program launched by the company has made the scheme very successful and it will help to make the agents professional.
The participants were trained by international coach Bijay Kumar Jha. During the training, trainer Jha said that the insurance agent profession is not only related to business but also a sacred profession related to the spirit of service and it is an opportunity for every agent joining this profession.
The agents participating in the ceremony said that receiving training from a renowned international training instructor has added energy to the profession and they are very proud to receive the award from the CEO in recognition of their hard work.
