. Shivaram Joshi has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the organization held on December 19 appointed him to the post effective from the same day.
He has been working in the microfinance sector for nearly TAG_OPEN_p_5 2 decades and is an experienced banker. The Board of Directors believes that Dhaulagiri Laghubitta will provide excellent service to the customers and provide appropriate returns to the shareholders while working as the CEO of Dhaulagiri Laghubitta, subject to regulatory directives.
After the appointment, Joshi said that he felt both pride and responsibility for taking up the responsibility of the CEO of one of the oldest and reputed microfinance institutions of the country.TAG_OPEN_p_4 During his tenure, he pledged to expand the balanced business of the microfinance, provide more consolidated customer service and facilities, new and secure banking services, and to further strengthen the respectable presence of the microfinance company in the market.
