Kathmandu. In the fiscal year 2082/83, the micro non-life insurance companies have collected a total insurance premium of Rs 165 million. A total of Rs 165 million has been collected in total insurance premium by selling 58,238 insurance policies.
Nepal Micro Insurance has earned a total of Rs 4.24 crore in insurance premium by selling 14,296 insurance policies till mid-September. The company has collected Rs 2.22 crore in insurance premiums in the month of August.
Protective Micro Insurance Company has collected a total premium of Rs 4.35 crore by selling 16,037 insurance policies till mid-August. The company has collected Rs 2.26 crore in insurance premiums in the month of August.
Star Micro Insurance has sold 15,439 insurance policies and collected Rs 3.7 crore in insurance premiums till mid-August. The company has collected Rs 1.95 crore in insurance premiums in the month of August.
Trust Micro Insurance has sold 12,466 insurance policies and collected Rs 4.2 crore in total insurance premiums till mid-August. The company has collected Rs 2.22 crore in insurance premiums in the month of August.
