Kathmandu. The offices of insurance companies and banks are to be opened from Thursday after the Nepal Army eased the movement of essential services.
The prohibitory order and curfew issued by the Army till Friday has allowed the movement of essential services in the Kathmandu Valley from 6 am to 10 am and from 5 pm to 7 pm.
Employees of the insurance company can come to the office on the basis of their identity card or any other official letter with photo (appointment letter, official letter issued by the office).
In the case of districts outside the Kathmandu Valley, the Army has requested the local security committee to make arrangements for peace and security as per the need.
The offices of insurance companies in the Kathmandu Valley were closed on Tuesday and Wednesday after 19 people were tragically killed by security personnel during the Gen G protests.
