Kathmandu. The lock-in period of more than 112,000 units of shares of Nepal Micro Insurance Company is going to end from the third week of August.
Issuing a notice today, the company informed that 112,500 units of ordinary shares of the company held in the name of the Collective Investment Fund Group will expire on September 15.
As per the directive of the Securities Board of Nepal on November 1, 2018, there is a provision to keep the ordinary shares received by the collective investment fund in lock-in for six months from the date of allotment of securities.
