Kathmandu. A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed between Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology and Jyoti Bikas Bank for conducting blindness prevention campaign at Rupnagar in Saptari.
Jyoti Bikas Bank on Friday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Bank to support the prevention of blindness in the fiscal year 2082/83 BS as part of its corporate social responsibility.
Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Eye Program. Mr. Rita Gurung and Mr. Kapil Dhakal, CHIEF Executive Officer of the Bank signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the occasion of the bank’s 17th anniversary.
This partnership aims to reduce vision impairment and blindness caused by cataracts through accessible, community-based eye care services.
This collaboration marks an important step toward reaching out to disadvantaged populations by focusing on early detection, timely treatment and awareness about preventable blindness.
