Kathmandu. Trust Micro Insurance has urged the insured to proceed with the process of payment of insurance claims stuck due to insufficient documents.
Issuing a notice today, the company has urged the insured to proceed with the claim payment process, which has been stalled due to insufficient documents, out of the claim applications filed with the company from July 1, 2018 to June 15, 2018. “We urge the insured or the insured representative to come in contact within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice and submit the necessary documents and proceed with the claim payment process by submitting the necessary documents,” reads the notice.
According to the notice, the claim file of the insured who has not received or came in contact with the company will be closed within the stipulated time period.
