Kathmandu. Trust Micro Insurance has called its second annual general meeting.
A meeting of the board of directors of the company has convened a general meeting on May 15. The meeting will begin at 9:15 am at Maharaja Resort in Butwal-11, Rupandehi.
The assembly will pass a special resolution to issue an IPO reserved for the general public. The Assembly will also approve a special proposal authorising the Board of Directors to carry out any amendments, modifications and additions from the regulatory bodies for issuing the IPO.
The assembly will pass a resolution regarding amendments in the management letter, expenditure incurred under social responsibility and service facilities of the directors.
The same meeting last fiscal year 2080. It will approve the annual report of 81 as well as the auditor’s report. Assembly for the current fiscal year 2081. It will pass a resolution regarding the appointment of auditors and determination of their remuneration for 82.
