Kathmandu. The stock market fell by double digits on Monday. On this day, the NEPSE index decreased by 12.26 points to close at 2711.76.
One sub-group of NEPSE sub-group has increased while the remaining 12 have fallen. The production and processing group increased by 0.11 percent while the other group decreased the most by 1.82 percent.
Shares of 73 companies rose on the day, while 188 companies declined. Shares of 12 companies have remained stable today.
A total of Rs 4.41 billion was traded in the market today. Most of the transactions have been done in Ankhukhola hydropower.
