Kathmandu. The stock market fell by double digits on Tuesday. The NEPSE index decreased by 20.75 points to close at 2642.15.
Two sub-groups of NEPSE sub-group increased while 11 sub-groups declined. The mutual fund group was the biggest loser by 0.56 per cent while the finance group was the biggest loser by 2.11 per cent.
Share prices of 42 companies increased while 214 companies declined. On this day, the share prices of 6 companies are stable.
Shares worth Rs 8.36 billion were traded in the market today. Reedy Power has the highest turnover.
