Kathmandu. Unnati Sahyog Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is going to disappoint the shareholders. The microfinance company has decided not to distribute dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the organization held on January 6.
The organization has decided to submit the financial details of the fiscal year to the Nepal Rastra Bank for approval. According to the microfinance company, the financial details will be submitted to the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after the approval from the central bank.
