Kathmandu. United Ajod Insurance is going to issue more than 70,000 units of right shares undistributed.
The company will issue 70,480 units of shares through an auction from June 12. Out of the total offered shares, 63,847 units of promoter group and 6,633 units of ordinary shares.
The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 1,000 units and maximum of 100 units of shares at a price of 100 units at a price of 100 units at a price of seven units at a price of Rs 100 per unit. The bidders should bid at a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit.
The bidders can bid for the shares from Sunrise Capital at Biratnagar, Birgunj, Janakpur, Hetauda, Narayangadh, Pokhara, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Birendranagar, Surkhet and Dhaganadhi. The last date for bidding is June 22.
