Kathmandu. On the first trading day of the week, the stock market was green. The NEPSE index increased by 47.55 points to close at 2633.42.
All the 13 sub-groups of NEPSE sub-group have turned green on this day. Today, the finance group has increased by 2.28 points.
Shares of 238 companies rose today while 21 companies declined. On this day, more than Rs 5.5 billion was traded in the market. The highest turnover was made by Union Hydropower.
