Kathmandu. SuperMai Hydropower Company Company for the fiscal year 2081. Today is the last day to secure the 20 percent bonus share proposed for the company.
The company has decided to close the book for one day on February 27 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution. This means that only the shareholders who have remained in power as of March 24 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the ASPECT.
The company is organizing its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 31 at Lisra Reception, Naxal, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 11 a.m.
The AGM will endorse 20 percent bonus shares and Rs 5,927,977.89 for tax purposes. The AGM will endorse a special proposal of issuing 100% right shares in the ratio of 1:1 of the paid-up capital.
The company will also pass a special resolution authorizing the Board of Directors to carry out revision of its capital structure, bonus shares and right shares, if any suggestions are received from the regulatory bodies.
The meeting approved the annual and auditor’s report of the last fiscal year and the current fiscal year 2082. 83. Approve the proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his/her remuneration.
