Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the IPO of Sarbottam Paints Industries.
In the first phase, the company had opened the IPO from May 21 for the Nepali migrant workers abroad. The IPO can be applied till the banking hours today.
The company has received permission to issue 8,50,000 units of shares i.e. 850,000 units i.e. 25% of its issued capital of Rs 34 crore. In the first phase, 10 percent of the total shares worth Rs 85 lakh have been issued for the Nepalese employed abroad.
Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 5000 units. The interested bidders can apply for the post through the banks and financial institutions and their designated branch offices as well as from CDSC’s ‘My Share’.
Global IME Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
