Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepal Police has launched a new information system for the ease of service seekers. From now on, the service recipients will be able to get information about the process of processing of complaints, applications and complaints registered in various police units on their mobiles.
According to Nepal Police, after the complaints, petitions, complaints and complaint applications received in all the police units where cases are registered, the concerned person will be regularly informed about the progress and status of their implementation.
The concerned investigating officer or police personnel will call the contact number provided by the service recipient and report the progress. The status of the registered application will also be informed by sending a message on mobile.
According to Nepal Police, this provision has been implemented so that the service seekers do not have to visit the police office time and again to know the status of their case or application and the process is transparent.
