Kathmandu. Shares of Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Company Ltd are also trading in the secondary market from Monday.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed the IPO of Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited (TXP) on Friday. The IPO of any company starts trading from the second day of its listing. However, since Saturday and Sunday are public holidays, the company’s shares will come on Monday.
NEPSE has listed a total of 12 million units of shares of Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower at a face value of Rs 100. Out of which 4,230,668 units (35.26%) are from the general public and 77,69,332 units (64.74%) from the promoters.
For the first transaction, NEPSE has fixed a minimum of Rs 100 to a maximum of Rs 300 per share of Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower. The trading signal is that the company has got ‘TPKHL’.
The company’s shares will be traded for the regular session on Monday if the shares are traded within the range set by NEPSE.
Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited had started issuing the IPO to the general public from May 7 to May 11. The IPO was allotted on May 6.
