Kathmandu. Synergy Power Development Company is organizing its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 22. The meeting, which was supposed to be held earlier, was postponed. The assembly will begin at 11:00 am at Amrapali Banquet in Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu.
The company has decided to distribute 10.5263 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. This includes 10 percent bonus shares and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The meeting shall also endorse a special proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the company. The meeting shall also endorse a proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to carry out any suggestions or directives received from the regulatory bodies.
The meeting will elect 4 directors including 1 woman. The meeting approved the appointment of the annual and auditor of the last fiscal year and the current fiscal year 2082. 83. Approve the proposal relating to the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his/her remuneration.
